Let’s be honest, wacky advertising offices are cliché. And, they’re expensive. At Michaels Wilder, instead of investing in beanbags and pool tables for our office, we invest in what actually makes a difference to your business – our people and our technologies.
When you partner with us you know that you will be working with senior-level talent. We don’t learn on the job at your expense. Instead, we add real value to your marketing efforts. Whether you’re trying to attract talent or customers, the people of Michaels Wilder are experts at what they do.
We also realize that technology never stops improving. So we never stop learning about what’s hot and what’s next. Our people are committed to understanding how the latest technologies can be used to impact your business. If that means no foosball tables, that’s a sacrifice we’re willing to make.
We do have our own quirks. Some days there are more dogs in our office than people. And, some days half of the group may be out helping a local charity they happen to be passionate about. But, from where we work to how we work, our focus is always on you and the success of your business.
Of course, we really can rent a hip room so
don’t hesitate to ask.

Randy Hatch – President, Marketing & Media
Michaels Wilder is very much a family thanks to people like Randy. He sees his job as making everyone else successful in their jobs. For Randy, it’s an everyday commitment to ensuring that Michaels Wilder is a place where fresh thinking is always welcome. He loves working with people and meeting a challenge head-on. To Randy, technology has changed the business world tremendously, but it still comes down to people working together, focusing their efforts, and finding a solution that makes sense. And, if you think that’s impressive, you should see him juggle while riding a unicycle. |

Claudia Danner – Senior Director of Client Services
Claudia wanted to be an Advertising Executive even before she knew what advertising was. She saw commercials on television as a child and told her mom, “That’s what I want to do.” Today, Claudia is one of the very best at developing innovative solutions to drive leads and sales for the clients she serves. Claudia thrives in the culture of Michaels Wilder because she enjoys working with different people with different areas of expertise. She knows that working together as a team, they can solve any problem. If you ever have the chance to work with her, you might also notice her encyclopedic knowledge of music. Claudia can name almost any song in 5 notes or less. |

Bob Volek – Media Coordinator
Bob refuses to grow up and we wouldn’t have it any other way. As a Yellow Pages Media Coordinator, Bob is in the middle of all of the action to say the least. He keys in the orders, submits art to the publishers, coordinates Pay-Per-Call billing, files co-op claims…and each and every day he finds a way to make his clients and coworkers smile. He’s also one of the best proofreaders in the business. Ask anyone in the office - if Bob proofs, it’s always right. When Bob’s not at work he’s often playing softball or volunteering with Arizona Pug Adoption and Rescue Network (APARN). |

Wendy DiMartini – Director of Client Services The more things change, the more clients know they can count on Wendy. Wendy loves the fact that our industry is continuously evolving. New media. New technologies. New possibilities. Wendy helps her clients to navigate the changes to find the solutions that best fit their needs. At Michaels Wilder, she knows that we’re just as committed to staying a step ahead as she is. For Wendy it’s rewarding to introduce a client to “the next big thing” before it’s actually big. When she’s not making an impact at work she’s spending time with her family…or gossiping about celebrities. |

Megan Stanish – Director of Client Services
Give Megan a goal and she’ll find a way to reach it. Whether she’s running a 5K or re-engineering a client’s talent management process, Megan is as focused as they come. She takes the success of her clients personally so going the extra mile to ensure all goals are met is just the way she does things. For Megan, there are no roadblocks or limitations only new possibilities and new ideas that lead to the solution. She loves facing a challenge and finding the one insight that makes a difference. One day she might be conducting research and the next she’s leading the implementation of a new technology. Whatever it takes, Megan always reaches the goal. She also writes haikus but we don’t hold that against her. |

Laurel Winkelmann – Client Coordinator
For Laurel, variety is the spice of Michaels Wilder. Laurel will be the first to tell you that Michaels Wilder isn’t your typical advertising agency and she wouldn’t have it any other way. By working with different people, from different backgrounds, and different cultures, Laurel focuses on making a real impact on her clients’ business. She knows that a diverse team means diverse thinking. That’s why she’s always striving to bring unique solutions to her clients’ recruitment challenges. Mike Ryan – Creative Director Mike makes sure our work is as strategic as it is creative. He’s a bit of a fanatic about it. If you ask Mike, he’ll be the first one to tell you that creative for the sake of creativity is a waste of everyone’s time and money. Winning awards is nice but it really doesn’t matter if the work doesn’t win results for the client. He’s followed this same philosophy throughout a career that has included work for brand powerhouses such as Nike, Ford Motor Company, Pfizer and Microsoft. For Mike the family atmosphere of Michaels Wilder is what sets our agency apart. Egos are checked at the door. Titles really don’t matter. Everyone pulls together to deliver results. And before you ask, he’s not the “Michael” in Michaels Wilder. |

Connie McCabe – Art Director Connie is so creative she actually created our art department. True story. When Connie started her career at Michaels Wilder her first job was to build the entire art department. While she still focuses on managing our Yellow Pages Art Department her talent also creates everything from newspaper and magazine ads to brochures and billboards. (She’s also the talent behind our amazing company calendar.) For Connie our casual atmosphere provides the perfect balance for her workaholic personality. To say Connie is committed to doing her best on every task is an understatement. Even when she’s not at work she’s working. Her love of Golden Retrievers led her to volunteer for Arizona Golden Rescue where she recently joined the Board as the Human Resources Director. They’re lucky to have her. So are we. |

Kelly Moran – Associate Creative Director Kelly is as innovative as she is creative. Even her dog has a blog. If you like the work created by Michaels Wilder, chances are Kelly was a part of it. She developed our logo. She created our website. And over the years she’s designed more than her share of eye-popping advertising. Kelly loves the culture of Michaels Wilder because ideas are always welcome here…along with jeans and dogs (Kelly also has a thing for cows so she hasn’t eaten beef since the year 2000). Her creativity continues to drive our work to all new levels of excellence. Whether it’s an extension of an existing campaign or developing a new global brand, Kelly always exceeds expectations. |
